Here is a link to some of the parts I have. I dont have a specific list but the pic shows a bunch of stuff. Let me know if there is something specfic you are needing.
VMG / A-Tech Mini Monster Truck Parts

For gears I think we all run the stock set. I have never changed mine. For a motor most of us run the Fireball or equivalent upgraded motor. With 7 cells or a 2 cell lipo they are plenty fast.
