a lot of this depends on what you looking for an what you budge is.   on the budget used in the way to go and that usually would mean an AM car as well.   if you look around you can find them for somewhere in the $80 range.

If you want a new kit I can get you a new MR-02EX 2.4ghz Readyset,  they run $170, but have everything you need but batteries and a good set of tires, but being 2.4 you wouldn't have the frequency and glitching issues that the AM cars can have.

like I said you're welcome to come to our races and use a loaner car a few times to make sure you want to invest in getting a Mini-Z.   I'm sure you'll like it.  Happy
