On ebay is the best and maybe the only place. You can get a new one for about $70 shipped. I updated the post at the begging of this category but I will post it here too. Its a seller called atechrccar. This (http://cgi.ebay.com/Best-Selling-Model-4WD-EP-Monster-Truck-VIDEO-Leo-X_W0QQitemZ140211328457QQihZ004QQcategoryZ44025QQtcZphotoQQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) is the link at this time. Make them an offer of around $5 less and they will usually accept it. When I ordered all they had was black even though they list all colors.

The other option is to keep your eyes open on ebay. Usually you can find a good deal if you are patient. The good thing about the used ones is you will usually get some hopups with it.

With whatever you get plan on about an extra $30-$50 for the steering and battery upgrades so they are as fast as everybody elses.

The thing thats cool with these little trucks is you can run them anywhere anytime.

I can't quite answer that question with confidence. I think my dad tried to make an offer without my knowing. I don't  actually have enough money to buy it. :-[
I kind of thought there would be an online store where they don't go out of stock so fast. When the item ended it had two offers. So that means either my dad  A:made another offer   B:got beaten by someone else   C:didn't make an offer at all.
I'll tell you in maybe about a week if a package comes with a mini giant in it. ;)

not to be the bearer of bad news but looks like both offers on that mini G were either A; Expired and B; declined

I talked to my dad when he got home from his job. He says he didn't make any offer at all. He said it was my job to do that.
Nic you were right.

Yeah I wish I wasn't, but when you go get enough money there will always be one up on ebay for sale so no worries.  Also I can get you the servo for 17 bucks when you need it which normal price is 24.

Heres one that just came up on ebay. (http://cgi.ebay.com/Venom-Mini-Giant-A-Tech-Leo-X-Truck-Crawler-Tamiya-TLT_W0QQitemZ220212687674QQihZ012QQcategoryZ44028QQtcZphotoQQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) Considering you can get a brand new one for $70.00 I would offer up to $60 at the most for this one. You might want to ask about the diffs being locked though as this could be permanent. If you can unlock the diffs then it should be fine.

Yeah I think Ryan should ask if the diffs can be unlocked if not pass on it.  Well that and I think that the car will go for less on the regular auction block, doesn't have a battery either. but the knuckles are like russ so theres less work to do on the steering mod.  Then again if Ryan doesn't have enough yet he will need to wait all together.

very good, I keep an eye on this mini-giant on ebay it may just go for that much. I have an extra batter for it you can have as well. Keep saving, and if you want come up with some services you could provide the club with or even on trade work like degrese someones cars bearing getting to spin like yours and in exchange for some cash or parts you need. just an idea but you're doing good, nearly there.
