ESC SET-UP

Setting of ESC- Plug ESC into a charged battery andd place Chassis on a stand with wheels off the ground. Switch on transmitter (needs to be bound to your RX) and select a new profile.

Press the ESC power button for 3 seconds, the Green LED will blink continuously

Neutral position- Press the power button once when transmitter’s throttle is at “neutral” position. The Red LED will blink once to confirm neutral position is set.
Full throttle position- Press the power button once when transmitter’s throttle is at “full throttle” position. The Red LED will blink twice to confirm full throttle position is set.
Full brake position- Press the power button once when transmitter’s throttle is at “full brake” position. The Red LED will blink three times to confirm full brake is set.

Setting completed: Red and Green LED “light up” together means all ESC positions were set. Both transmitter and ESC are at their neutral position. Green LED will blink when full throttle is applied. Red LED will blink when full brake is applied.

Setting of ESC with use of optional program care (Part # RJ-28-30A)

With the ESC off un-plug the sensor wire from the motor and plug it into the sensor port on the Programmer. The sensor wire extension included with your ESC makes working with shorter sensor wires more convenient.
Turn the ESC ON
Select ESC Settings->OK
Select press the ESC power button
Press the enter button when the Program show X-Power RC Mini-X ESC V3.0
Choose Change Settings and you will now be able to view and /or modify your current selections. If you do not make any changes you can unplug the Programmer at any time, re-install the motor sensor wire and use your ESC. If you have made changes return to the previous menu and select SAVE Profile.
Choose the profile number where the setting will be saved->OK
Once your settings have been saved unplug the Programmer, Reinstall the motor sensor wire and your ESC is ready to use.
